Isaac “Kilroy” also enjoyed riding motorcycles, training, helping others and hanging out with his extended family. He enjoyed spending his time with his wife and family especially training his boys self-defense and other sports. He was very devoted to his wife, three boys and extended family. Following his military service, he was a Maintenance Technician at Home of the Flint Hills. He served in Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He received numerous awards and commendations including the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star Medal. He served as a Senior Sniper Section Leader, Sniper Instructor, and Rifleman. Isaac served for 14 years in the United States Army and was Honorably Discharged as a Staff Sargent. Isaac was born November 15, 1983, in San Antonio, Texas, the son of Samuel P. Isaac “Kilroy” Espurvoa, age 38, of Manhattan, died November 22, 2021, at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka as the result of a motorcycle accident.
